Wez Coffee is an Ethiopian coffee roaster based in Springfield, Virginia, created with a simple mission:

Share exceptional Ethiopian coffee with more people.

Our specialty is premium, single-origin Ethiopian Arabica coffee, particularly coffee from the renowned Yirgacheffe region.

Rather than masking the natural characteristics of the bean with an extremely dark roast, we carefully medium-roast our coffee to preserve the qualities that make Ethiopian coffee so distinctive.

The result is a cup that is aromatic, bright, naturally sweet, fruity, smooth, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Every batch is roasted locally in small quantities with close attention to freshness and consistency.

For us, coffee is more than a product.

It is part of Ethiopian culture, hospitality, family, and community.
